I am wondering which way I should go. I stuck my Irish Red Ale in my kegerator last night to "crash cool." Its been in the primary for 14 days. I could either keg tomorrow and age, or keep it in the fridge until I get back in 2 weeks than keg. Would what you guys do?

I generally keep the beer in primary for 3-4 weeks at fermentation temperatures, and then keg it and either age for a few weeks or it goes straight into the fridge to carb. Whether I age it or not depends on the beer in question. Either way, I never cold crash and always have clear beers.

I would keg it and "set and forget" to carb it up so I could pour myself a delicious home brew as soon as I got back.
