So I have 15 gallons of beer in waiting until my kegerator opens up. I typically cold crash for a week or two, but since I don't have room should I just keep the kegs stored at lagering temps or bump them up to serving temp until I need them? Does it matter? (also, they are not carbed, it's okay to store them that way, right?) They are all ales. Thanks..

Won't hurt a thing. As long as they're pressurized properly and sealed, that's not a prblem.
