Hey everyone. So years ago I had a "coffee milk stout" by Newport Storm and I'm from New England and it tasted EXACTLY like coffee milk (made from autocrat coffee syrup) in a stout. I want to replicate this coffee syrup flavor in a stout.
I'm going to pretty much make a very simple stout kit that I got for free last year and add autocrat coffee syrup to it. I'm planning to add x amount to the end of the boil and then x amount to secondary. Any thoughts, comments or concerns to really make the syrup flavor pop out?
Thanks!
