just made this last week tell me what you guys think

3 pounds of dark malt extract from muntons
3 pounds of dark malt extract from briess

4 oz of flaked wheat
8oz oz coffee malt
20z chocolate malt

steeped grains for 30mn at 156 degrees
added 1oz of golding hops at boil
added 1 oz at 30 mn left boil
last 15 mn added 1oz coccoa nibs and whirl floc tablet
last 10 mn yeast nutrient

cooled to 70 degrees then added a wyesat 1056 smack pack

i also have been soaking 6 oz of coffee and 4oz coccoa nibs also 6 madagascar vanilla bean split in about 3 cups of vodka. I also am soaking oak wood chips in jack daniels silver select single barrel 4 oz of wood


i will add these to secodary after 3 weeks in primary and may let it sit a few
months also the starting gravity was 1.60
