How can I add a dark coffee note to stout made from extract?
Would I add coffee (grounds) to the mix when I heat it or could I just brew a pot and substitute it for that much of the water when I'm cooking the extracts?

Any help is appreciated,

That damn Sudsmonkey

Steep your ground coffee in room temp. water over night for a smooth coffee flavor and add to the bottling bucket.
