Looking for any advice / feedback on my recipe. First time using my cooler mashtun so I just want some reassurance on recipe design.

Too much carapils for my taste- I'd go with no more than 7% or so. Otherwise, it seems ok for a cream ale.

Except for the coffee part, that is. That sounds horrible to me. :p
