Hey, does anybody know what this is like? I have heard that Papazian has a recipe in his companion, but I don't have that volume. My brother loves Asian food and this would knock his socks off. If someone has experience, or even better, a recipe, I'd like to hear it.

Cool. Has anyone tried this? I think a German Hefe yeast with banana/clove would fit the bill perfectly.

Now I have to get my brother up to help out without SWMBO knowing what we are doing. She would have me committed for this.

What are the measurements indicated within the parenthesis? Grams?

Thanks.
