Ok so i've had to do a bit of digging to find a place near me that does CO2 fills for my new kegging system. I found a place near by that sells what they call "Beer Gas" which they say is a CO2/Nitrogen mix. I was wondering what are the pro's and con's of a CO2/Nitrogen mix and is there anything special I need to know when using it to force carb? If I choose to go with just straight CO2 I was told by a buddy that I need to make sure I get "food grade" CO2? That sounded like BS to me as i've never heard of "food grade" CO2, anyone know?
