Hi.
Just made the 100% brett brew. Recipe from zymergy website by chad yakobson from crooked stave. Dione a split batch and did half with 3711 French saison wyeast.
Was hoping someone could suggest volumes of co2 for bottling for both versions.
You can find the recipe with a search engine any advice would be great
