This being my first post, I look forward to participating in these forums, as I have been here many times viewing various recipes.

Anyways...

I brewed a Sierra Nevada Pale Clone yesterday. Looking at it today the fermentation looks strong, but the beer is extremely cloudy. My friend says it looks like a Cafe Latte, and I have to agree. I assume that the beer is very yeasty and will settle out of the next couple weeks, but I just wanted to make sure this is ok, and also if there was anything I could do to help the beer along.

Oh no, you`re brew is ruined.

Please pack it up and send it to me for proper disposal

Relax it is just yeast in suspension that will settle out when it`s finished.

;) Thanks for the reassurance. I figured that was the case, but I just wanted to double check. Guess I'll have a home brew now and plan next weekends brew!
