Just wanting ideas on how to clear up my wines and ciders more it seems to be the number 1 problem I have, after fermentation and bottled it will still form what looks to be lye at the bottom

Is the issue that the beer itself is "foggy" (cloudy), or that there's sediment at the bottom?

First I would suggest pectin enzymes if you aren’t using any already. That’s all I ever use, along with time. Otherwise, make sure your batch is degassed well, dissolved CO2 will produce micro bubbles that stick to particles and keep it suspended instead of settling.
