Cleaning old crusty tap.

I have a couple of taps and shanks that I picked up for next to nothing. They are all stuck and I imagine that inside the shanks are pretty nasty too. Will a Oxyclean soak get this or do I need to invest in some of the beer line cleaner stuff, or what do you suggest?

I'd try an oxiclean soak first and see where that gets you. You may be able to get them freed up without too much elbow grease.
