Anyone have a good idea for cleaning 1" blowoff tubes. after brewing caramel cream ale the tube was pretty nasty. I let it soak overnight but that didn't seem to work.

Trythe oxyclean.

I's like a million little scrubbers scrubbing away.

If you're struggling make a pull true with a piece of wire with a little bit of rag tied to the end.

After I made the vanilla caramel cream, I used an unwound coat hanger with a piece of wet cloth to get the gunk out, then I soaked and sanitized. It worked fine.

I always use PBW, the stuff will clean anything, just soak the blow-off tube for a couple of minutes, then rinse clean. PBW is great for cleaning anything brew related.
