Quick question...I've been out of the game for about two years now. I know, I know, but life happens. I have my immersion chiller still and about to brew this Saturday, and I'm wondering about some rust/acid? that's accumulated on portions of the chiller. If I use PBW and StarSan to clean and sanitize, respectively, will I be able to brew a good batch without contamination?

I really would like to not buy all new products, and just put the elbow grease into cleaning. Just like to hear from some vets if that's really a good idea. Cheers!!!!

Yup. Perfect. Don't forget to put it in the boil with 10-15 minutes left to get the rest of the little bugs.

Welcome back!
