Hi,
I just finished Lars Garshol's book on Historic Brewing Techniques and it has got me thinking about brewing in older ways.
I have a 20 gallon copper kettle that has not been used in a while. How do I make it safe to brew in?
I have boiled vinegar in it, and scrubbed it with a copper brush, but it still has a greenish patina, would it be safe to use as is?
