Cleanibhg and santitizing conical

I have a 14 gallon SS BT conical.. I've always completely disassembled and cleaned and sanitized every component. This is the brewmasters edition with gasketed cooling coil, themowell and sampling valve.

This time I'm taking some risk... without braking down, i'm thoroughly cleaning, and santizing in place. Risky?
