Clarifying but still bottle carbonating

Hey guys , question … I was going to clarify my berry melomel with bentonite but I still wanted to bottle carbonate . Is this possible ? I don’t wanna kill off all the yeast but I do want it clear but still get some carbonation in the bottle . What’s the best way to do this ?

It'll be fine. Bentonite won't remove the yeast.

Also, remember that you can use Bentonite in your primary while fermenting.
