Hey everyone, I'm planning on doing a Pale Ale partial mash this weekend. I just wanted some input on this recipe. I also have some Simcoe hops that I need to use, so maybe I could use those in place of something? I'm only doing this in a 3 gallon carboy, so it's not going to be a large recipe, and mainly experimenting with a pale ale. I've only ever brewed brown ales, amber ales and stouts.
