I made a Belgian Dark Strong a few years ago that I put away in the cellar and forgot about. I pulled one out and it's really good, but rather cidery due to >20% candi sugar in the recipe (this was before I did much studying about recipe development).
It's a great beer but I would like to balance out that cidery-ness. Any suggestions for a beer I can brew to blend?
