Cider Skin? (Cider Newbie)

So, I open my cider baby after not seeing it for two weeks and I find this 'bubbly' like skin on the top of the cider... I was wondering if it was normal or if it was infected ?

And if it is normal what do you do with this skin?

Looks normal to me. Just leave it. It'll drop eventually...if not, it probably will when you move it for racking.
