So recently I discovered the world of Gose beers and fell in love with the tart and salty flavors. This got me thinking about how I love a nice tart cider and whether adding saltiness would help the flavor profile.

Obviously the easiest answer is to just toss some salt in my next poured cider, but has anyone tried this from the start? Maybe add the coriander to stay true to the Gose flavors?

I salt my cider often right in the pint glass. Do some trials with various additions of different salts and see how it turns out. Salt and apple and therefore salt and cider mix well
