I recently made a simple apple cider using nothing but real apples, water, yeast, and a nutrient. After it finished fermenting I removed the apples and racked to a secondary to clear. I used gelatin finings about three weeks ago. The cider was crystal clear with the exception of a few small pieces of apples. Today I transferred to my bottling bucket to filter out the last remaining small pieces of apples. After I transfered the cider it is as cloudy again as before the finings went in. Any ideas why?
