I still like Alistair Simm's Scrooge from 1951. Good effects for those days. Might just watch it again. might give some historical perspectives for book two of Time lords 2034 I just did another big scene in?:mug:

That is my favorite version of Scrooge as well.

We had our annual wrap presents while watching Christmas Vacation last night. I also indulged in a few too many of my latest IPA. At nearly 8%, I am hurting a bit this morning. :drunk:

Didn't read this whole thread, did a search and no one mentioned Feast of Alvis. Not a movie, but saw other christmas TV shows listed.

Definitely -- Scrooged and Christmas Vacation.

Just watched "Christmas with the Kranks" recently -- absolutely horrible.

OMG Austin... I read the title to this thread and my mind hopped right into the gutter... Not the 'naughty' i was thinking... ;)

I really hope no one is watching those types of naughty movies with their family.

Well, I guess if you're bonding... no no no.

Same kind of thing happens to me when I see "The Wet Shaving Thread".

Yeah, I can see that.

My favorite Christmas comedies (don't want to go through the word naughty)

A Christmas Story
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Scrooged
Trading Places
Bad Santa
Elf
A muppet Christmas Carol

What did you guys end the season with?

I watched it's Always Sunny with my family. My daughter got upset when Santa got his nose bitten off, but aside from that it was pleasant.
