When I was in Dublin, I had a Chocolate Truffle Stout at the Porterhouse Brewpub. It was absolutely amazing. Not syrupy at all, and tasted like chocolate cake in a glass (more of a dessert than a beer). Has anyone else had it that could supply a recipe? or does anyone have any suggestions on a recipe that would produce a non-syrupy yet very chocolaty beer?
