This is a work in progress just running it past anyone see if they have a suggestion on anything before i brew this up.
light flavored honey 18lbs for 5 gal
LALVIN 71B yeast high temp
vanilla bean 3 primary
strawberry mush 6lb primary
vanilla bean 4 secondary
coco nibs 2lb secondary
strawberry mush 10 lb tritary
back sweeten with honey water if needed
rack after 1 monthish
rack 3x 1xpm
sample
rack as needed
carbonate half
bottle
side idea
add home made extract to 1 or 2 bottles
or
1 cups rum and 1 cup ground almonds no brown skin
Then, shake 1 a day for 2 weeks, let sit for 2 months.
Then run through a strainer take the resulting liquid and reduce for 1/2 hour.
Then take that liquid and add to the secondary, about 1/4 cup should be plenty.
age 12m+ for chocolate to mellow
