Chocolate raspberry sour, how much of each would work?

Am thinking of this flavour combo for my next sour brew, and wondering if anyone's used this combo on a non-stout/porter and could suggest amounts?

Also if the chocolate would work even if using pilsner grains? It's what I have available so want to use them up before buying my next order of grains...
