Chocolate or infection

I brewed a chocolate stout and then racked it onto chocolate nibs in the secondary. Does this look like chocolate floating or is this an infection?

Did you sanitize the nibs? They are quite infamous for causing infections if not sanitized. That said, that doesn't look like an infection.

I did sanitize. I boiled them for a couple minutes.
