i just received a blichmann hop rocket for my birthday!! now i am going to buy a chiller other than my immersion chiller.

I have a march 809 pump so i am thinking a plate chiller is the way to go. So my questions are....is the blichmann therminator worth the money?

Has anyone bought a different plate chiller that works just as good as the therminator?

I was going to buy the chillhog 4000 from rebel brewer but they are out of stock.

I also want to buy one that I can put a thermometer attachment on the end to see the temp of the wort coming out.

I make 10 gallon batches. Thanks for any advice on this!!!

Ranger....I tried starting there but they are out of stock and might not have them back until next month someone...that was my first choice

Man didn't see that. I am going there today and I will ask them about it as I've been looking to replace Shirron plate chiller.
