I started brewing several weeks ago and I am looking to get advice on my first non-kit recipe. (I've got a few Brewer's Best under my belt).

Fermentables
7.5 lb light LME
1.5 lb Crystal Malt 20L

Hops (pellets)
1.5 oz Cascade (60 min)
1.5 oz Willamette (25 min)
1 oz Amarillo (5 min)

Other
1 fresh sliced habanero pepper
2 oz crushed dried poblano pepper
4-5 g fresh kaffir lime leaves

My plan is to boil the habanero with my wort for the last 20-25 min, and then add the poblano and lime leaves to my secondary, but I'm considering making extracts for both and adding them on bottling day.

Has anyone had experience with either chilis or lime leaves? When did you add them? Did you get enough heat from the chilis?
