I'll be posting the new contest every couple months on here. We just finished our judging last weekend and will be posting the winners in the next few days.
For the new contest were looking for a coffee beer, and style except the use of wild yeasts, sours or barrel aged (we're trying to reproduce the beer with a decent turn around). We also request no seasonal coffee as we're trying to brew this within the next few months and want to make sure the coffee is available. Please register by March 16'th and the submissions are due March 30th and April 6'th, 2013. The contest will be judged by our friends in the craft beer and beer blogging community. The winning beer will be commercially brewed and distributed throughout Chicago, and we’ll be donating half of our profits to charity. The winner will also receive a cash prize and possible future royalties if we brew it again in the future.
