Hey.
Is it posible to make a chestnut beer whitout sorghum Siryp
I live in denmark and it pretty inspencive to ship sorghum sirup from US.
Hope there is a way around it posible

Certainly! Can you get rice syrup? It's a popular health-food sweetener. If not, you can always just try candi syrup, honey, or even brewing all-grain using rice, corn, and the chestnuts with amylase enzyme.
