I have tried 2-3 times with American wheat, which I didn't care for... The more I learn, and more I paid attention to my pallet, I discovered That I was really messing up. I didn't change the receipt that I was using ( american wheat from Northern Brewer). Northern brewer adds hops later in the boil ( 15 min), in which i believe was messing up my cherry flavor. My suggestion (i have not tried yet, but will be giving it a shot sometime this year) is to add the bittering hops only, to which every way you go.
