Good Morning,

I picked up some cola extract yesterday from my LHBS and already have some cherry cola extract. My fiance and I would like to create a cherry coke (ish) cola. Has anyone ever tried mixing extracts? One 4oz bottle makes 4gal of soda, so I was thinking of going 4oz cola, 1oz cherry and 5gal of water then 8tsp pure Stevia to sweeten. Before I get my mad scientist hat on, does anyone know of a good ratio for mixing?

Thanks All and Roll Tide!

P.S. - It'll go in a kegerator to carb (hence the 5gal batch)

I'm very new to both making my own sodas and new to this site today.... but I just so happen to have just completed a batch of cherry cola.

I used 2oz of black cherry flavoring to one bottle of the Rainbow extract (4oz). Made 4 gallons and the flavor ratio seemed to mesh well for me. It reminded me a bit of the Wild Cherry Pepsi.

My $0.02 :mug:
