I took a 5 gallon extract and cut it in half. Took 3 gallons of water and boiled it for 30 mins with 3 lbs liquid wheat malt extract, 30 mins 1/2 oz williamette, 15 mins 1/2 oz cascade. Separated it into 3 one gallon glass bottles with a 1/4 oz package of yeast rehydrated in 3/4 cup of water added a 1/4 cup to each fermenter. Added a 2 fl oz bottle of raspberry extract to one, a 2 fl oz bottle of cherry extract to the second and left the third plain.
