We're only slightly askew around here, but when the topic is beer that's to be expected. What have you been brewing?

right now i have a hefeweizen in the keg. A honey wheat in one carboy and an Outmeal Stout in the other carboy... I have never made a stout, usually wheat beers, so im hopeing it comes out good.
