I'm a hombrew newb, but not a newb to good beer

This looks like a great forum. Thanks to all who share their experience and enthusiasm with those new to homebrewing. Even after a little lurking, I've learned a lot.

I've been a "co-pilot" for a few years with several friends who homebrew, but have just started my own. I've got a batch in the secondary, will rack another from the primary to secondary this evening, and maybe tomorrow brew another. It's addictive!

The more I do this, I'm sure the questions will keep coming.

This seems like a pretty friendly place.
