Hey! This looks like a pretty interesting build. I did my own grainfather/robobrew wannabe build. It's laid out on my blog, check it out here: https://simplewort.blogspot.com/ I used a Turbo 500 boiler and some other odds and ends to make it complete. Now I have all electric, all in one system that is super simple. I like the digital thermometer on yours too! nice work.
