Has anyone seen/held one of these regulators in real life?

Apart from the 0-2200 PSI guage (hopefully an easy gauge swap only), the other bit I am cautious about is if it actually regulates or is just a needle valve with a pressure gauge after it, being that it is aim at the aquarium market and it is so compact.
The thread doesn't bother me as it is actually the right one for New Zealand bottles.
