Champagne Beer Recipe Wanted

My wife had a Champagne beer at a friends house. We had our LHBS make a run at a recipe, but it was too hoppy.

Anyone have any recipe suggestions?

Make a light cream ale beer and add 1 gallon of Welch's white grape juice when you top off.
