So my friend is getting married in Sept 2014 and I have decided I want to brew a beer or two for that event. I just started investigating Australian Sparkling ales and also Brut or Champagne style beers. Any advice, direction or recipes for either would be great. I just want to start putting some ideas together to test so that when I start brewing the real deal I will be ready. Thanks!
