Hey everyone,

My girlfriend saw I was putting a lot of stickie notes on my carboys saying when things were put into primary, secondary, when they needed to be bottled, etc. She had the idea of buying chalk paint (cheaper than IdeaPaint for white-board like surfaces) and painting it on the side of the carboy.

Now I can take a piece of chalk and just write whatever information I need on the outside of it. Here are some photos - I may update with some more that show me actually using it.

Not sure if this has been done before (maybe it's a bad idea/not good for the beer?) but I thought I'd share.

Regards,
Mark

Shouldn't be an issue at all. People wipe down chalkboards with wet sponges so I don't expect there to be any issues.
