Hi there, I am new to home brewing and was wondering if it is ok to bottle my 'nut brown' ale in 500ml ceramic bottles with plastic corks that are pushed into the top with manualforce?! The ceramic bottles are very heavy/thick walled and are Belgium La Trappe beer which I have drank and saved over the past few years as the bottles are awesome. Thanks!
