This Beer came from the evolution of my House Pale Ale, It is a favorite with SWMBO and a lot of family members who don't usually like craft beers as this is a crisp refreshing pale ale that's not too bitter or in your face with hop flavor, rather it has a nice bready, slightly nutty flavor from the Victory malt and pronounced but not overwhelming floral notes from the Centennial Hops.
I dry Hop with a stainless steel herb ball in the keg, after it carbs up.
Recipe is for 82% efficiency so please scale recipe in full to adjust.
Also the head retention is not good on this beer (as planned since most of the BMC crowd doesn't like foamy beers) so swap out 1/2lbs 2row for some flaked barley to improve it if wanted.
