caution yeast at work

just watched a brewing video on youtube and there was one of those yellow caution signs on the wall that said caution yeast at work. I would love to have one of those signs in my little basement brewery. I googled caution yeast at work sign and got some pretty nasty results anyone know where to find this sign?
