Hi,
So I've been searching the forums for recipes for Ithaca's Cascazilla. I'm brewing on Sunday-extract, full boil, 5 gal batch.
After comparing all the recipes, know I want to use Chinook and Crystal along with the Cascades. (Ithaca site specifies all three.)
How's this look for the hop schedule:
.5 oz Chinook 60 min
1 oz Cascade 40 min
1 oz Cascade 20 min
1 oz Cascade 5 min
1 oz Crystal 5 min
Dry hop Cascade and Amarillo
Any thoughts, comments, suggestions???
