What's going on everybody? I'm currently a student at the College of Charleston and have helped my friend brew beer from time to time, but recently decided to take up Mead. Started my first batch this past Friday, a simple one gallon concoction, that I'm hoping to drink on my birthday. I have become infatuated with the process, recipes, everything and have been reading everything I can get my hands on the past few days. Hope to make this a new hobby of mine!
