Carbonation screw up

So I made the rookie mistake last night. I bottled my beer, then put it in the refrigerator last night. Just now realized I screwed up. Is there anyway to save my beer from carbonating?

No harm done. Take the bottles out of the fridge, bring them up to room temperature and let them sit for three weeks before putting them in the fridge again...
