1st time utilizing an empty 5 liter mini-keg for home brew.
I filled up the keg with an approximately 4.5% all grain best bitter, using 1 tablespoon of corn sugar mixed in with 1/2 cup of water and boiled.
This will be enjoyed at a party that will take place 18 days after filling.
Just wondering if I need to refrigerate the keg 2-3 days prior to serving or am I better off keeping it at room temperature for as long as possible?
