I was in a hurry and right after bottling I just put the bottles in the fridge. Did this stop the yeast from working or can I put them at room temp again and get some carbonation. If I leave them in the fridge will it just take longer to carbonate?
Just let them come above 70 and leave them alone for a few weeks. You may want to upend the bottles after a few hours to get the yeast back in suspension.
