Second time force carbing. 3 1/2 nights at 20 psi 35-38 degrees and one night at room temp gradually decreasing. Will it be ready by Saturday?
 
i'll guess it may have some carbonation but not enough, 30 psi would have been better. i would not bring it down to room temp since the CO2 will want to come out of solution with the lower temp.
 
Check it often, if you're tryign to have it ready. You don't want to overcarb the beer, which will be very easy to do at 38F and 35PSI.
